The Municipal Clerk
Available by appointment.
Office on the 1st floor, 1st door on the right
Duties: The Municipal Clerk is appointed by the Municipal Council. He is responsible for preparing matters which are submitted to the Municipal Council and the College of Aldermen. He attends Council and College meetings and keeps the minutes of the meetings. It is his task to countersign all official documents issued by the local government and especially correspondence. Under the authority of the College of Aldermen, he directs and coordinates the municipal services and is the personnel manager.

The Municipal Collector of Taxes
Open by appointment.
Office on the first floor.
Duties: The Municipal Collector of Taxes is appointed by the Municipal Council. He is personally responsible for managing the municipal finances and checking the legality of the income and expenditure transactions carried out. The Municipal Collector of Taxes is required to provide a surety in cash, securities, or in the form of one or more mortgages, as a guarantee of his management.
